Pay as you go: £10 per session.
Discounted card: £85 for a card of 10 classes that do not expire.

Ideal for those who find regular fitness classes too demanding, or who haven’t exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury. In 2007, I was making the daily commute to London, working long hours while attempting to manage the demands of a young family.
Irregular meals and no time for exercise were starting to take their toll, so I set about changing my lifestyle.
What I didn’t realise was that improving my fitness would also lead to a career change.
I found that I loved dancing for fitness. Because I felt so energised and so much healthier, I decided to train as a dance fitness instructor.
